Important: InjectionLog is a tracking tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical guidance. Do not use InjectionLog as a substitute for professional medical care. Injection site suggestions, dosage references, and compound information provided in the app are for informational and organizational purposes only and are not a substitute for guidance from a licensed healthcare professional.

3. Health Data

InjectionLog collects and stores sensitive health information, including medication names, dosages, injection sites, and related medical data that you choose to enter. By using the app, you consent to this collection and storage as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of health information you enter. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from inaccurate data entry.

4. Sharing with Coaches and Practitioners

The app allows you to share individual compounds and their associated data with other users (coaches, practitioners, partners). By sharing a compound:

• You consent to that person viewing the compound data you have shared
• You are responsible for ensuring you share only with trusted individuals
• You may revoke sharing access at any time through the app

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate injection information
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them
• Use the app lawfully and responsibly
• Not use the app to store data on behalf of others without their consent
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding health data privacy in your jurisdiction

6. Advertising

The free tier of InjectionLog includes advertisements served by Google Mobile Ads. On iOS, you will be asked for permission before your advertising identifier is used for personalized ads. You may opt out of ad tracking at any time in your device settings. Your health data is never used for advertising purposes.

7. Free Tier Limits

Free accounts are limited to tracking a set number of compounds. Details on current limits are displayed within the app. These limits may change over time.

8. Limitation of Liability

InjectionLog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any health issues, missed doses, medication errors, or other consequences resulting from app use or reliance on information provided by the app. Always verify injection schedules and dosages with your licensed healthcare provider.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
